This policy explains what information the esenseu.com website collects from visitors and how Esenseu handles it. Esenseu is a go-to-market consultancy combining digital marketing, AI implementation, and business strategy. You can reach us at admin@esenseu.com.

What this website collects

esenseu.com is a public marketing site. It does not require accounts. It does not run analytics or advertising trackers. It does not use tracking pixels. It does not set non-essential cookies. The only information we receive from you through this site is what you voluntarily include when you email one of the addresses listed here.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's infrastructure processes standard server request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for the operational purpose of serving the site and for security. We do not analyze these logs for marketing purposes.

How we use what we receive

When you email us, we use your message to respond to you and, if we begin working together, to onboard you as a client. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies

esenseu.com does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The site does not require non-essential cookies to function.

Client services and data

Esenseu's work on behalf of clients, including authorized access to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and similar services, is governed by the individual contract between Esenseu and each client, and by the respective platform's own terms. In each case, Esenseu accesses the platform as an administrator on the client's own account, under authorization granted by the client. Esenseu does not sell, resell, or make available to any third party any data originating from a client's account. Clients should reference their service agreement for how their data is accessed, stored, used, and deleted.

Data received from advertising platform APIs

When Esenseu operates on a client's behalf via a platform API, such as the Google Ads API, the Meta Marketing API, or the Amazon Ads API, the data we retrieve (campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and related aggregated performance metrics) is retrieved solely for the purpose of producing internal operating reports for that specific client. We do not retrieve or store personally identifiable information about end users of those platforms through these APIs.

Retrieved data is stored in Esenseu's private infrastructure for the duration of the client engagement and is not shared with any party other than the client the data originated from. If a client requests deletion of any data we have retrieved on their behalf, or revokes the API authorization, we will delete all associated cached data from Esenseu's systems within thirty (30) days of the request.

To request deletion of data received via a platform API, email admin@esenseu.com from the email address associated with the client account, or revoke Esenseu's access inside the platform (for Meta: remove the System User token from your Business Portfolio; for Google: revoke the Esenseu application from the linked Google Ads account). We will confirm deletion in writing.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:

• —Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
• —Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• —Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
• —Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@esenseu.com. We will respond within 45 days.

Children's privacy

esenseu.com is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email admin@esenseu.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be called out on the page.
